Socket's Cordless Hand Scanner 7M is a mid-level scanning solution that sends barcode data wirelessly via a Class-1 Bluetooth radio to any Bluetooth-enabled device, such as a Pocket PC, notebook, Pen Tablet, RIM, Palm PDA, Symbian Smart Phone or BlackBerry. The scanner features a Class-1 laser with Fuzzy Logic scanning for damaged, poor quality or hard-to-read barcode labels. Cordless Hand Scanner 7M features a powerful Class-1 Bluetooth radio that enables connections at a range of 300 feet (100 m), even when connected to the weaker Class 2 Bluetooth radios found in many mobile computers. SocketScan software directs scanned data into any mobile software as if it were manually typed, so the Cordless Hand Scanner 7M interfaces with your favorite applications with out any programming.
