Intermec 5020 RF Mobile Computer

The 5020 is part of Intermec's standards based Enterprise Data Collection solution designed to increase the accuracy of inventory control and decrease material handling costs. It delivers the ease of use ergonomics and durability demanded in operations with the familiarity of corporate information systems standards such as Windowsr operating systems TCP-IP connectivity and web based remote management tools. With a large VGA display graphics capability full function 43 key keypad and optional pistol grip the 5020 is appropriate for a variety of data collection tasks on the shop floor in the retail store front and on the production line. With an optional 802.11 or OpenAir 2.4 GHz radio the 5020 can be easily configured for either batch or wireless to suit the particular needs of the application and user environment. The Windowsr CE operating system offers pre-installed standard connectivity protocols such as TCP-IP HTTP UDP+ and DHCP. The 5020 Data Collection PC Remote Unit Manager significantly reduces support time and cost by allowing all 5020 devices to be managed over the Internet from any PC with a browser. To further protect your hardware investment and take advantage of the latest technologies the Intermec 5020 comes with a PC-Card slot for radio modem or memory expansion. The 5020 also has an optional handle with trigger scan activation serial communications adapter charge dock with IrDA communicator charge dock with serial communications 4-pack battery charger and holster.
