Cherry G81-8000 Keyboards

Robust and with the smart card reader integrated: the G81-8000 series keyboards. They can scan memory cards and processor cards - for POS and custom applications. This all-in-one solution is user friendly and ergonomic and is designed to keep the workplace tidy and manageable. Up to two smart card readers for ID-1 format cards and up to 4 plug-in slots for ID-000 format cards can be integrated into the underside of the keyboard.

G81-8000 incorporates a magnetic stripe card reader, up to two ID-1 format smart card readers, up to four ID-000 card format plug-in slots and a bar code decoder in a single device. It is highly flexible, managing several card applications, e.g. credit cards, electronic purses, customer loyalty cards, health insurance cards or smart cards.
