The AML M4000 decoder is designed for decoding barcode data with a laptop or other serial-equipped portable device. The M4000 is powered by a 9-volt battery, making it truly portable. The M4000 takes data from any scanner with a 9-pin DIN connector, decodes it, and transmits it to the host computer via the serial port. The AML M4000 comes with the decoder and integrated serial cable, a product manual and a setup guide. Requires an undecoded, low-voltage scanner (not included) with a 9-pin DIN connection.
